Preparedness Workshop – Introductory Session

Preparedness Workshop – Extended
An in-depth and interactive workshop focusing on preparedness, risk awareness, and resilience in both professional and everyday contexts. Participants explore practical tools, scenarios, and strategies to better understand risks, strengthen decision-making, and build a structured approach to preparedness. Suitable for teams and organisations seeking deeper knowledge and hands-on learning.

Crisis Kit Lunch Workshop

A practical and hands-on workshop focused on building a personal crisis kit and strengthening everyday preparedness.
Participants learn what essential items to include, how to prioritise resources, and prepare a simple meal together using the contents of a crisis kit, demonstrating how preparedness works in real life.
An engaging and tangible session combining practical knowledge with shared experience.

Trained the winning team of The Polar Challenge 2006 (a race to the North Pole)

Worked as a professional guide for multiple organisations and media companies operating in some of the coldest and most challenging environments on Earth
Currently serves as lead trainer for Antarctic Fire Angels, preparing them to become the first all-female team of firefighters to cross Antarctica
